As a Paid Search, you’ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Product teams, and you’ll improve the scalable operations and support. We don’t micromanage – we’re looking for an independent, flexible problem solver to join our best-in-class sales team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Maximize campaign and channel performance towards clear KPIs across Paid Search

  • Monitor and analyze critically competitor activities to inform our strategy

  • Plan and execute launch of new products and campaigns through Search

  • Be accountable for budget forecasting and pacing. Critically evaluate and propose budget changes to maximize output

  • Work closely with our Google and Microsoft representatives. Ensure that the team adopts best practice, accounts are whitelisted for betas/alphas and ensure full feature adoption across Search for released product updates

  • Advance product expertise across our campaign management and analytics tools

Required skills and experience:

  • More than 2 years of experience managing SEM teams

  • More than 3 years of experience managing client accounts.

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in digital marketing with an impressive track record

  • Passion for online marketing. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing (SEM).

  • Degree level qualification in Economics, Business, Finance, Math, Engineering is a plus.

  • English Native. Additional languages will be a plus.

  • Experience with Google products (Adwords, GA, GTM...)

  • Analytical mindset: You enjoy working with data and are comfortable with math and statistical analysis.

  • Good communication skills and team player, able to work with an international team.

  • Able to handle different projects and manage several accounts at the same time.

  • Humble, hard-working, proactive and goal-oriented.

  • Able to prioritize and meet weekly deadlines.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to talk and manage tasks with Product and Business teams.

  • Flexible, open-minded, dynamic and fun.

  • Experience in Agencies is a plus
